Motivation Corner—Managed by Kampa Senkwe
Let me guess! You are probably thinking to yourself, 'Oh brother, here we go again. Another motivational writer about to bore me with the usual corny, cliched, old, unoriginal, stereotypical, timeworn, lifeless, trite, naff, overused, tired, dull, hackneyed motivational writings.'
Relax dear reader. I'm not the kind of motivational writer that you may be picturing right now. As a matter of fact, I've never considered myself to be a motivational writer. I don't set out to be some role model. I'm not an image seeker. Moreover, I'm not running for office or looking to be a modern day prophet. I'm not out there philosophizing or pretending to be a-goody-two-shoes.
You see dear reader, in a life of constant struggle, I have found writing as a way for me to release pain. I find it therapeutic to put my feeelings onto paper than talking about them. But I believe life is about getting to the next level and being in a situation where you can utilise your talents and do the work that you really want to do.
Motivational Corner is where you may probably read about yourself, your ideals, your values, your wishes, your hopes, and your struggles. It is where you may see yourself or perhaps relate to some of my life's experiences in a way that enriches you.
Dear reader, I've gotten myself this far on raw talent, unshakable focus and a tremendous force of will.ife will give any beggar a nickel and dime. What i mean by that is, in this life you don't have to do anything to mould yourself into a caricature of the person God (or nature if you like) meant you to be. However, life demands persistence of those who go for the big stake.
Motivation Corner is not for anyone who treats life like someone put it, a slot machine-putting in as little as possible while hopping for the jackpot. It is not for anyone who intend to tiptoe through life just to arrive safely at death.
Motivation Corner is a web page basically for those who despite the odds, are deadset on living.
One thing dominated my mind this past week. My mind was predominantly preoccupied by this article and what I was going to write about.
I was on the brink of being conquered by insanity last week. Call it stress or pressure; it was enough to make you take a ride to some mental asylum and check yourself in.
